What are the payment methods can i use in the site ?

The Upscale Closet accepts Debit/Credit Card Payments and PayPal only at the moment.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do shipping internationally, however, we charge extra for to ship outside of the United States

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Any orders placed during normal business hours (Mon-Fri - 9:00AM-9:00PM PST) will typically be processed within 48 hours. Upon processing the order you will receive your tracking code.

How do I place an Order?

Navigate to the single product view of the product you'd like to purchase, create an account to manage your orders, payments methods and tracking your orders. Once done you can purchase the product via the payment page. Make sure all of the items you want are added to your cart before purchase to avoid paying two different shipping and handling charges.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order we can't offer a refund as we've already begun the process of getting you your order in a timely manner. However, if the mistake was made on our end you can visit our contact page to discuss return possibilities.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don't need an account to place an order, however it's highly encouraged in order to manage your orders and account information better. The best user experience is experienced as someone with an account versus a guest.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once we process your order we will email you a tracking code so that you can track your order

How Can I Return a Product?

All sales are final. There will be no returns or exchanges on Supreme or Jordan items. However, Bape items that remain in pristine condition may be returned for store credit within 7 business days. If any item is returned in an unacceptable condition it will be returned back to the customer. A customer failing to comply with this rule, gives us the legal right to withhold any form of compensation. If there happens to be any error on our end we will accommodate the customer accordingly. Customers are encouraged to retain and keep all receipts for future reference.
